Songwriters can experiment, musicians can practice, compose, improvise with 4 Chord Songs jam-along software. Choose a preset chord progression or use your own chords, select from over 50 music styles (pop, rock, blues, jazz, swing, reggae, country, Latin, traditional, etc.), adjust tempo and song key, in just a few clicks. Four Chord Songs is ideal for improvisations and a valuable tool for songwriters: just combine any chord progression with any music style and get new inspiration to compose melodies or instrumental solos over the backing track. Experiment with three-chord songs, two-chord songs, slash chords, chord inversions, different time signatures (shuffle, waltz), tempos and song keys. Regardless of your musical instrument (guitar, bass, drums, piano, sax, etc.), genre and musical background, 4 Chord Songs makes songwriting, practicing, training, learning really enjoyable, and it's free. The program is powered by the accompaniment engine of ChordPulse backing band software. This portable freeware runs on Windows computers and is General Midi compatible.
