This includes all the software (e.g. all electronic files and printed papers). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- License Agreement -- 1) General: You are granted non-exclusive rights to use the PRODUCT as set forth in this license provided you agree to and comply with all conditions in the license. The laws of your country will apply to your usage, copying, and distribution rights of the PRODUCT. However, all places where this license conflicts with these, this license is to take higher precedence to the degree permitted by applicable law. The laws of the country Denmark shall govern this agreement. Any litigation or other dispute resolution between the parties relating to this agreement or its construction shall take place in a court of competent jurisdiction in the country Denmark.
