Account and See Invoicing is a professional solution for all your invoicing, auto-repeating invoices, pro-formas, estimates and quotations printed traditionally or electronically. Our Matrix Pricing function allows the same goods to be charged at different rates and the Receipt facility allows the creation of Invoices to 'one-off' customers. Long Invoice entries (over 1,500 words per line entry) are accommodated. Different, user-adjustable invoices can be printed, with optional Remittance Advice Slips, Invoice Notes, Customer Ageing etc. The Auto-Biller, ideal for web- hosting and subscription management automatically creates invoices at different user-defined intervals. Once an invoice has been created, full sales ledger facilities allow payment allocation, aged Debtor reports and payment chasing facilities - including printing Statements of Account and telephone 'Chase Lists'. The mailing label module has varied sorting options that can help retain customers - or just print a label for a one-off parcel. Comprehensive reports show sales trends by months / years for customers, products and groups. Sales Tax calculations automatically notify you of due taxes. Customer history shows full Invoice and Payment records, total spend, next invoice due etc. Opening balances allow seamless transition from your existing system. By using the Software, you are accepting and agreeing to the Terms of this License Agreement. If you are not willing to be bound by the Terms of the License Agreement, you should un-install the software from your system. This License Agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and Account&See Software (hereafter referred to as 'Licensor') and supersedes any prior representation, understanding or agreement between the two parties. License Grant. Licensor hereby grants to you, and you accept, a non-exclusive license to use the Program Diskettes (or downloaded/copied/shared file) and the computer programs contained therein in machine-readable, object code form only (collectively referred to as the "Work"), and the accompanying User Documentation, only as authorized in this License Agreement. The Work may be used only on a single computer owned, leased, or otherwise controlled to you; or in the event of the inoperability of that computer, on a backup computer selected by you. You are not allowed to give the client a copy of the software as well. This is a breach of copyright. If the customer/client wishes to run his/her/their own accounts, they need to obtain their own copy of Account&See. Licensor's Rights. You acknowledge and agree that the Work and the User's Manual are proprietary products of the Licensor protected under copyright law. You further acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Program, including associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain with the Licensor. This License Agreement does not convey to you an interest in or to the Program, but only a limited right of use revocable in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement. License Fees. The license fees paid by you are paid in consideration of the licenses granted under this License Agreement. Term. This License Agreement is effective upon your installing the Program and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate this License Agreement at any time by removing the Program and all copies thereof, including any User Documentation from your computer. Licensor may terminate this License Agreement upon the breach by you of any term hereof. Upon such termination by Licensor, you agree to remove the Program and all copies thereof, including User Documentation from your computer. Limited Warranty.
