BY USING THE SOFTWARE, EITHER FOR EVALUATION, AFTER HAVING PURCHASED A LICENSE OR IN ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
