ADRC Data Recovery Express Software License Agreement and Disclaimer This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity), hereinafter referred to as "Licensee" or "you", and Adroit Data Recovery Centre Pte Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "ADRC" for the software product "ADRC Data Recovery Express", hereinafter referred to as the "Software". By installing, copying, buying, registering and using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not purchase, install or use the software. The software are distributed and sold as is and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Licensee uses the software at his own risk. ADRC assumes no responsibility for any expense, damage or loss caused by your use of this software, however it occurs. The software is distributed as a try-before-purchase shareware. If you purchase and register the software by ADRC, it is assumed that you have tested the unregistered version and ascertained that it meets your needs within your working hardware and software environment. After the purchase, ADRC will not provide refunds if you subsequently change your mind.
