Android photo wallpaper maker is utility software that generates live wallpapers for Android screens on the Windows platform first and then it allows you to continue animation settings on Android OS. You can add multiple images at the same time and set basic configs for the wallpaper such as sharpness, brightness and rotation. When your Android device is connected, the wallpaper will install in the Android device automatically and then you can define animation settings for the wallpaper on the device. For example, you can set animation switch mode and speed.
