With AnyPO Professional II you can put together purchase orders or requisitions in a snap. It has all of the features of the Level I program plus more. You can print PO's, or fax or email them. You can track what products have been received and what products remain on back order. You can keep lists of your vendors and commonly ordered items. The program includes multiple filter options, advanced search, batch printing, vendor and product databases, currency conversion, pop-up calendars, and multi-line descriptions. One of its most innovative features is a Look-up feature. Click on the "Look-up" button on the Main Purchase Order Screen and a display of past ordered items appears. You can compare prices and review past orders all on one screen. Another useful feature with AnyPO II is the ability to set-up a series of different shipping locations. There is no limit to the number of different locations you can enter. The AnyPO II program handles the most complex tax situations. A single PO can have up to 5 taxes added to it. It will handle Canadian taxes and will, when required, calculate the GST tax based on the cost of goods plus the provincial tax. The AnyPO II program will create printed PO's in different languages. It includes an electronic approval system which allows you to set-up certain individuals to have PO approval authority. AnyPO is well known for its ease of use and its outstanding help documentation. The package also includes a PDF manual and getting started guides. We've spent a considerable amount of time researching the top purchase order systems on the market. When we built AnyPO II, we made sure we had all of their features, and then we added dozens more. We're pretty proud of the result, and we think that you'll find that AnyPO is effortless to use - and one of the most functional and useful purchase order systems available.
