Apache Admin Shareware license. By using any compiled shareware programs (the Software) obtained from Hqware GmbH., you agree to this Shareware License Agreement. If you don't agree to all statements in the Agreement, please do NOT use the Software. This License Agreement ("The Agreement") is made effective upon obtaining of any of the software products made available from Hqware GmbH ("The Publisher"), hereafter denoted "The Software", by the user of the said software ("The User"). By downloading, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. I. LICENSE The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed and NOT sold. This Agreement grants you the right to install and use the Software on your computers. You may evaluate the Software for a continuous 14 days, after which part of all of the functionalities will be disabled. You need license file(s) and/or registration codes to unlock the software. II. TERMINATION Without prejudice to any other rights, the Publisher may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts. VII. REVISION The Publisher reserves the right to make modifications to this Agreement at any time.
