Traditional arcade game. Use the mouse to move your bat and prevent the bouncing ball from falling off the playfield. The ball will then destroy the blocks and score points; clear the playfield to proceed to the next level. During the game, random items appear on the screen; they can be useful, but some have a rather painful effect. The game contains 15 different levels. The password feature allows you start at later stages right away, which of course include some additional surprises. There is a high score list to keep record of your achievements, but those uninterested in this can play an alternate non-arcade mode that disables scoring and limits the progress lost when you run out of balls. It is possible in both modes to suspend a game in progress. Before you start you can adjust the number of your balls, to make the game as tolerant of mistakes as you want it to be.
