Astrallis Software License Agreement 1. This is an agreement between Licensor (Astrallis.com) and Licensee (You), who is being licensed to use the named Software. This Software program is licensed, not sold. If you do not agree to the following terms, please uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software. By downloading the Software, the Licensee may use and evaluate the Software for a limited time (evaluation period) under the conditions given below. The Licensee can enable the full functionality of the Software at any time by purchasing a License key. 2. Licensee acknowledges that this is only a limited nonexclusive license. Licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the Software. The Licensee agrees not to rent, sell, lend, license or otherwise distribute the Software or the License key to any third party without the prior written consent of the Licensor. 3. This License permits Licensee to install the Software on a single computer system. The Licensee will not make copies of the Software or allow copies of the Software to be made by others. Licensee may make copies of the Software for backup purposes only. The Licensee agrees not to modify, translate, disassemble, de-compile or in any other way create derivative works of the Software. 4. This License Agreement replaces and supersedes all negotiations, dealings, and agreements between Licensor and Licensee regarding this Software. 11. The validity and all aspects whatsoever of this License or of any term of this License will be governed by the laws of Florida, USA. The courts of Florida, USA will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement. The parties irrevocably agree to submit to that jurisdiction. This License Agreement is valid without Licensor's signature. It becomes effective upon Licensee's use of the Software.
