Your license as set forth below to use the Software is granted by Song Galaxy referred to as "Licensor". 1. License: You have the limited non-exclusive right and license to use the Software on a single computer under the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. This license shall also include the right to reproduce and distribute the graphics and textual material contained in the Software solely in print form for noncommercial purposes. You may physically transfer the Software from one computer to another provided that you delete all copies of the Software (including all electronic copies of any graphics or textual material contained in the Software) stored on the original computer before transferring the Software to another computer and provided that the Software is installed and used on only one computer at a time. You may not provide copies of the Software (or any electronic copies of any graphics or textual material contained in the Software) to others and you may not assign sublicense rent sell or otherwise transfer the Software to others but you may permanently transfer the Software to another user provided that you retain no copies of the Software (or any electronic copies of any graphics or textual material contained in the Software) and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement. Term: This license is effective from the day you install the Software until terminated. In addition Licensor may enforce its other legal rights. 5. Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability: It is your responsibility to choose maintain and match the hardware and software components of your computer system. Thus Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted service or correction of errors or that the functions or performance of the Software will meet your requirements. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
