Automatic surface from mesh is a stand-alone application that includes the following features: 1. Automatic surface generation from closed mesh; 2. fit an open mesh to a single NURBS surface; 3. fit a point cloud to NURBS surface; 4. blend NURBS surfaces from OBJ polygon mesh; 5. It can import point cloud/mesh file in the format of .stl, .obj, .xyz, .txt and so on; 6. It can export NURBS surface to .igs file. When you have any stl mesh created by scanner and would like to convert it into NURBS surface automatically, this small software will help you and save you time.
