AutoPix is an automated NNTP downloading program for newsgroup binaries. Setup is quick and easy and will have you transferring graphics and other binaries in no time flat. Hands-free operation (once you've configured it) downloads binaries from the newsgroups you've selected, saving them in the folder of your choice. AutoPix handles multiple servers, Uencoded, MIME and yEnc encoded files and can automatically show a thumbnail preview of files as they're downloaded. You can subscribe to specific newsgroups, filter received files by minimum and maximum length, eliminate duplicates, filter by "x" number of crossposts, and lock out unwanted senders, either permanently or for the current session. You can configure AutoPix to retrieve and/or display specific file types and even allow it to retrieve unknown file types. AutoPix also features a full-size viewer for graphics.
