BCM Call Logger is a tool for processing Call Detail Recording log files from Nortel BCM PBX telephone systems for the purpose of generating call reports. Supported log formats include Norstar All and Norstar RealTime on BCM50, BCM200, BCM400 and BCM450 systems. BCM Call Logger can process log files and store the resulting call data in an unrestricted Access database, allowing users to either use the reports built into BCM Call Logger or to create their own reports and run them directly against the database. A full license costs just $120 and includes email support and upgrades for 12 months
