IN ADDITION, THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, TIMELINESS AND USEFULNESS OF THE LICENSED PROGRAM ARE NOT WARRANTED OR GUARANTEED. Limitation of Liability. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia of USA. You consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia for all disputes related to this Agreement.
