LICENSE The PROGRAM is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The PROGRAM is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights: Installation and Use. You may install and use ONE copy of the PROGRAM per ONE desktop personal computer. Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute any copies of this PROGRAM without the prior permission of Hypervisual as long as you verify that you are distributing the most recent version of the PROGRAM. All title and copyrights in and to the PROGRAM (including but not limited to any images, animations, video, audio, music and text incorporated into the PROGRAM) and any copies of the PROGRAM are owned solely by Hypervisual. These rights are protected by the Brazilian Copyright Law 9.610/98. The PROGRAM is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
