The SOFTWARE is the property of NURIUM GAMES and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed. The MUSIC played by the SOFTWARE is the property of MANIACS OF NOISE and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. By installing the SOFTWARE, by loading or running the SOFTWARE, by placing or copying the SOFTWARE onto your hard drive, or by distributing the TRIAL version of the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT. 1.- OWNERSHIP This SOFTWARE and the related copyrights and intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of NURIUM GAMES and its suppliers.
