LOTTOREE is an adjustable lottery game that can be used for any state and any game. Example, pick any amount of numbers out of up to 100 numbers. Powerball or Megaball pick 6 and use 5 for game and the sixth for the Powerball or Megaball number. Pick 3 or 4 numbers out of 10 for the Pick 3 or Win 4 type games. Any combo can be used. Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use LOTTOREE for a 10 use trial basis for the purpose of determining whether this software is suitable for their needs. The use of LOTTOREE, except for the initial trial use, requires registration. The use of unlicensed copies of LOTTOREE, outside of the initial trial use, by any person, business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited. A license for personal use may be purchased that grants the user the right to use LOTTOREE on one or more computers. A commercial license requires sufficient licensing equal to the number of users, or the quantity of workstations that access the software, whichever is smaller. No one may modify or patch LOTTOREE's executable files in any way, including but not limited to decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the programs. LIMITED WARRANTY BREAKTRU SOFTWARE warrants that all disks provided are free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. BREAKTRU SOFTWARE warrants that the program will perform in substantial compliance with the documentation supplied with the software product. If a significant defect in the product is found, the Purchaser may return the product for a refund. In no event will such a refund exceed the purchase price of the product. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, BREAKTRU SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.
