It has been three years since Rollie McFly rid the Bugdom of the evil King Thorax and his minions, but the Bugdom can still be dangerous place as our new hero Skip is about to find out. While on his way to visit his family on the far side of the Bugdom, a Bully Bee swooped down and stole Skip’s knapsack. Your job as Skip is to track down the Bully Bee and get your knapsack back. The chase takes place mostly in and around a house. You will make new friends in the Bugdom who will help you through each area. Keep an eye out for Sam the Snail and Sally the Chipmunk. Sam will usually make you prove your worthiness before he will help you, but Sally is just interested in gathering acorns, so be sure to brings lots of those to her. Additionally, the same Buddy Bugs that helped Rollie McFly defeat King Thorax will help you defeat most mean enemy bugs that you encounter. GRANT OF LICENSE IFD, having rights to the software accompanying this license (the "Software"), hereby grants to you a non-exclusive limited right of use for the Software in executable or object code form only, and only for non-commercial, personal purposes. You agree that any unauthorized use of any IFD property, in whole or in part, would immediately and irreparably damage IFD such that IFD could not be adequately compensated by an award of monetary damages. You also agree that in the event of such threatened or actual unauthorized use IFD shall be entitled to an injunctive order appropriately restraining and/or prohibiting such unauthorized use without the necessity of IFD posting bond or other security. 9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether written or oral. Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, you agree to a modification of such provision to provide for enforcement of the provision's intent, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Failure of IFD to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision.
