CADopia 21 Standard (PERPETUAL license) is a full-featured CAD solution. The advanced features in this edition include ACIS 3D solid modeling, customization tools, PDF to DWG conversion, voice notes, and support for DGN files as underlays in addition to all standard drawing and drafting functions. The following new features and refinements are included in CADopia 21 in addition to the complete set of standard drafting features of previous releases of CADopia. You further acknowledge that CADopia is the owner of the software and related documentation. CADopia retains all rights in the software without limitation. 2. You have a license to use the Software only. You agree not to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software. The Software may not be redistributed, sold, rented, or leased. You may not tamper with any proprietary notices or marks from the Software. You acknowledge that the software and any related documentation provided with the Software is a confidential, proprietary property of CADopia. You agree to take reasonable precautions protect the confidential information from unauthorized use and do not disclose to any third party without prior written consent of CADopia. 3. Export ControlBy using this software, you agree that you are complying with applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries.Diversion of technology and software contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
