Find out where people are calling from, you will see what location they are from, for instance 031 765-XXXX will report as Hillcrest.

This application has no settings within it, just simply install it and it runs in the background for when you receive a call from a contact that's not stored in your contacts list. So install and then call yourself from a land line that's not saved in your address/contacts list.
