Feel free to share it with others, but do not give it away altered or as part of another system. Commercial users of Como must register and pay for their copies of Como within 30 days of first use or their license is with- drawn. Commercial use of unregistered copies of Como outside of the initial 30-day trial, by any person, business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited. Private users register at no cost. Registered users will receive a license file. Moving this file to the distribution disks or to the installation directory of an unregistered copy turns it into a registered copy. You are encouraged to make a backup copy of the license file. However you agree not to make copies for any other purpose or give the license file or your registered copy of the shareware product to others. This means that you may not sell or give away registered copies of the software or any part of it in any way, including bundling or reselling with your own software, or placing such a copy in any disk library or on any bulletin board or electronic service. The registration fee will grant to you as an individual, a per- sonal, nonexclusive license to use one registered copy (or more if specified) on any one computer at any point in time. Licenses may not be shared or used concurrently by other end users. A single user license permits you to have installed and use one copy of the licensed software product on a single computer. You may use the software on different computers, but may not have installed and use the software on more than one computer at the same time. You may remove it from one computer and reinstall it on another one, provided there is no possibility that one copy will be installed or used on more computers than it is licensed for. If you are an entity, not an individual you are granted the right to designate one individual within your organization to have the sole right to use the software product in the manner provided above. A 5 or 10 user license is equivalent to 5 or 10 single user licenses. Site License arrangements may be made by contacting the author. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE A limited license is granted to copy and distribute unregistered copies of the software product only for the trial use of others and subject to the following limitations a You may distribute unlimited copies of this software product in its original form to any legal place unless notified other- wise by the author. b The software must be copied in unmodified form, completely unaltered including setup program, the file containing this EULA, the file containing order information and the full electronic documentation. c You must make it clear that users are not purchasing the software and that they must contact the author to legally register their shareware copy. d For other cases or to distribute in modified form you must ask the author for further permission or consult the attached VENDINFO data record, which is hereby incorporated by reference. OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS No one may modify or patch any of the executable files in any way, including but not limited to decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the software product or any parts of it. The software product is licensed as a single product. Its parts may not be separated for use by more than one user. If the software product is labeled as an upgrade, you must be properly licensed to use a product being eligible for the upgrade in order to use the software product. A software product labeled as an upgrade replaces the product that formed the basis for your eligibility for the upgrade. You may use the resulting upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this EULA. You may not rent, lease or lend the software product. COPYRIGHT The software product is protected by copyright laws and inter- national copyright treaties. The software product is licensed, not sold. LEGAL AGREEMENT This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author: IT Consulting Mueller for the software product(s) accompanying this EULA, which include(s) computer software and may include electronic documentation and printed materials. This EULA allows you, the end user, to use the software under certain terms and conditions. By installing, copying, or other- wise using the software product or any updates, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or otherwise use the software product. DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before buying it. If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you are expected to register. Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software, and the copyright holder retains all rights, with a few specific exceptions as stated above. The author specifically grants the right to copy and distribute the software, either to all and sundry or to a specific group. Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You should find software that suits your needs and pocketbook, whether it's commercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes fitting your needs easier, because you can try before you buy. And because the overhead is low, prices are low also. Shareware has the ultimate money-back guarantee -- if you don't use the product, you don't pay for it.
