SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENCE The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION The SOFTWARE is not free. You may use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period, you must pay registration fee. EVALUATION VERSION If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations as follows: YOU MAY: Install and use the unlimited number of copies of the EVALUATION VERSION for a period of 30 days. Use one or more copies of the EVALUATION VERSION for evaluation purposes only. Copy and distribute freely the EVALUATION VERSION (see ''DISTRIBUTION''). DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES Alerma LLC. assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of this SOFTWARE, even if Alerma LLC., have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price. TERM This license is effective from your date of purchase and shall remain in force until terminated. You may terminate the license and this agreement at any time by destroying the SOFTWARE and its documentation, together with all copies in any form. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a waiver of any rights under U.S. Copyright law or any other federal or state law.
