By checking the the 'I Agree' box, or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, exit the application. License FHQ, Inc. / ITinvestigator.com (FHQ, Inc) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application for personal or commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Privacy Policy The Application does not transmit any of your personal data to an outside server. All actions are a local simulation only and require no elevation or internet access. Any errors located are marked with a code and can be shared with ITinvestigator when the scanner completes running. The code does not contain your personal information such as your name or IP address. The application simulates activities locally that might access audio or video on the machine. These are all local simulations and never transmitted and always only when you run the scan itself. By running this software you agree that we can run these simulations on this machine and you have the authorization to run this simulation from the machine owner if you are not the owner. When the Application runs, sensitive private data might be displayed on your screen. It is your responsibility to ensure that this data cannot be seen by those around you. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application.. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Amendments to this Agreement FHQ, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
