DATABASE TOUR PRO 9 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT COPYRIGHT (c) 2000-2020 BY VITALIY LEVCHENKO SOFTWARE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY This EULA provides a license agreement between you (person or organization) and Vitaliy Levchenko Software ("Licensor") to use the Database Tour Pro product ("Software") and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. By installing, copying, distributing or using the Software you accept and agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must cancel the installation or, if the Software already installed on your computer, promptly uninstall it. 1. OWNERSHIP. You acknowledge and agree that the Software is a product of Vitaliy Levchenko Software. It is protected under international copyright law. All copyrights are exclusively owned by Vitaliy Levchenko Software. 2. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY. The Software is not free. You may install and use the Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a maximum period of 24 days. If you wish to continue using it after 24 days, you have to purchase a license and register the Software. Unregistered use of the Software after the 24-day evaluation period is prohibited. 3. NO REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASE. The Software is provided under a try-before-you-buy concept which means you can try out it before deciding either to buy it or not. After you pay a license fee, you will receive an email with your license key (serial number) required to unlock the Software. Once this information is emailed to you, no refund will be given. 3. LICENSE GRANT.
