DATABASE TOUR 8 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT COPYRIGHT (c) 2000-2017 BY VITALIY LEVCHENKO Please read carefully the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("EULA") before installing the Database Tour software ("Software"). This EULA provides a license agreement between Vitaliy Levchenko ("Licencor") and you (person or organisation) ("Licensee") to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. By installing and using the Software you accept and agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must cancel the installation or, if the Software already installed on your computer, promptly uninstall it. OWNERSHIP. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Software is a product of Vitaliy Levchenko. It protected under international copyright law. All copyrights are exclusively owned by Vitaliy Levchenko. LICENSE GRANT. The Software is SHAREWARE. The Licensee may install and use the Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 24 days. Before the expiration of this period the Licensee must either purchase his (her, its) copy of the Software or stop using it and remove it and all its copies from his (her, its) computer and all storage media.
