Desktop panorama is a panoramic virtual desktop where the virtual desktop area is represented as a small surface above the windows taskbar and windows can be freely moved around it - in the same way as they can be moved around the normal desktop. Changing the view (the desktop) is done by selecting an area on the surface using a mouse. Traditional desktop switching is also supported by defining shortcuts. It can also be used with a touchscreen, and although the original idea was to use it with mouse and keyboard, it's even better on touchscreen.
