Aves Vox means the sound of birds in Latin and that is exactly what this app is all about. This app of bird calls presents to you the links to the recordings with the best quality on www.xeno-canto.org without using a web browser. Eighty percent of all the bird species in the world is represented with at least one belonging bird call. Aves Vox includes now 69818 links to recordings. You can download each recording to your device for offline use within the app. The species list is based on IOC World Bird List 2013. Together this creates a great library in your smart phone or other unit with over 69000 recordings. Each link to recording contains the Xeno-Canto ID, name of the recorder, license information and direct link to the specific site of recording on www.xeno-canto.org. There are five types of bird calls: call, song, flight call, alarm call and other calls. You can play and pause your downloaded recordings without any internet connection.
