ABOUT BIAsed - IPv6 Bump-in-the-API library

This library allows legacy IPv4-only applications on dual-stack (IPv4/IPv6) hosts to communicate with the IPv6 world using a technique called "Bump-in-the-API" (BIA). This is an incomplete implementation of RFC 3338.
