ABOUT C# COMMAND LINE CALLER

Ozeki SIP .NET SDK allows to develop C# command line caller to make VoIP calls. The sample program demonstrates how to register a phoneline, make a VoIP phone call and perform a conversation between participants with the help of a console-based application. It is for software developers who need a program with only a minimal interface. If it is needed, multiple lines and calls are available with Ozeki SIP SDK. The sample program presents how flexible the Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK is and how easy it is to establish calls even from the Command Prompt. Phone calls are made via the command prompt where the argument of exe file needs to be provided. The argument of the exe file will be the phone number to be called. The command line caller sample program is easy-to-use, and only some configuration is required: first, customization is needed because the sample program includes settings that depend on the environment. Then the phone number to be called needs to be entered as an argument of exe file. The program calls the provided phone number immediately. In the initialization block an instance of the phone is created via the softPhone object. The sample program contains code sections where you can enter the IP address of your PC, the port domain to be used by the phone and the port at which the SIP messages will be listened. Then a phoneline needs to be created and registered to the softphone. In this sample program only one phoneline is registered but of course Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK allows to register multiple phonelines. The code finally includes the section where you can manage the event when the called party picks up the phone and the voice communication starts. Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK for .Net ensures a stable platform for a command line caller development. It is compatible with most of the PBXs such as Cisco UCM, Asterisk PBX, 3CX, etc., and it also supports VoIP service providers such as Skype or Callcentric. Due to extended codec support, it provides excellent sound quality
