The App Daily Yoga, teaches you step by step Yoga for Daily Exercise to keep you healthy and fit. Yoga integrates the body, mind and soul and teaches you a better and heather way of living. We have specially selected asanas which can be performed daily for healthy living. The app contains videos of all asanas with artificial 3D Animated Character resembling Yog Guru Baba Ramdev. The app contains more then 50+ asanas which can be performed by beginners and experts. The asanas are divided into Back asanas, Stomach asanas, Standing Asanas, Sitting Asanas, Neck and Shoulder, Pranayam (Breathing). A special section for Surya Namaskar is also available in the app. A brief description of each asanas are available with how to do and it's benefits. Clicking the play button will speak out the description of each asanas so you don't have to read it yourself. Clicking the Aum Buttom will play non-stop Aum mantra which will help you concentrate of Yoga better. Important Asanas like : Naukasan, Chakrasana, Ardha Pawanmuktasana, Setu bandhasana, Veerbhadrasana, Vrikshasana etc are included in Daily Yoga.
