Imam Ibn-Faikihani (R.A) narrates a story of a pious and self-righteous man named Sheikh Musa Zareer (R.A) who was on a ship which was on the verge of sinking completely. He fell asleep and had a dream in which Hazrat Mhammad (S.A.W.W) came and told him to make the passengers of the ship recite Darood Tanjeena a 1000 times. The passengers had only recited in for 300 times and the ship was saved miraculously. Another ship on the high seas sank but theirs was saved and they reached their destination safe and sound. This shows that this Darood is a prayer of relief from hardships. 1. This Darood is the best cure of all illnesses, calamities and hardships of this world. 2. All the worldly needs and needs of hereafter will be fulfilled. 3. One will receive and will be gifted with High Status, Position and Success in both the worlds. 4. The reciter will be protected by Allah from all the Evilsof this world and the hereafter. 5. No enemies or evil creatures will overpower the reciter and the reciter will be always remain protected from them. 6. All the blessings and virtues of reciting darood will be bestowed upon the one who recites it regularly.
