DS Talking Phone PRO uses the built-in Android text-to-speech engine.If you want that the contact name to be spoke in your language you must install a text to speech engine that supports you language (ex.: Ivona)
In DS Talking Phone PRO you can set volume for the spoken text to be different that ring volume.
It has a home screen widget for easing your access to settings.
