Advnaced Email Backup is a complete email backup tool with user friendly interface. It can take complete or partial backup of Windows Mail (Vista), Outlook(2000/XP/2003/2007), Outlook Express, Address Book, Internet Settings, Desktop, My Documents, My Files, My Folder, My Pictures. Backup can be taken in three different ways i.e. Simple backup, Zip backup and Zip Encrypted backup. User has option to schedule his backups, this helps user to overcome the chance of forgetting dates of important backups. Easy Email Backup has been made compatible with the latest MS Office 2007 and the operating system Windows Vista. It runs smoothly with windows 2K/XP/2003. The user friendly interface provides smooth access to all the buttons that encourages even a novice to use them confidently. You can go for either complete backup or customized backup. You can choose your own settings. Schedules can be created new or deleted the ones which are not required now. It also picks up all the data selected without bothering for the size. You can take backup of MS Outlook messages, address book and settings, important files from My Documents, Registry, settings from Internet Explorer and other important personal files. Backup file can be given a name so that it can be identified later. All backup files are normally compressed but the user can go for his/her own standard for the compression like maximum, normal, low or it can be no compression at all. Password protection is also available. The software protects all the data and mails with high data security. Outlook maintains files and settings in personal folder. It copies them to the target folder that you have selected Desktop icon and a place in Start menu helps the user in starting it. Log book can be maintained it view the details like backup settings, process settings, registry settings etc... Latest software update can be checked up on startup. You can select the folder through browser, where you want to save your backup file.
