At Healthy Now...Healthy Later we strive to bring you and your family easy ways to gain healthy habits. We eliminate the words diet and exercise and learn how to be healthy by cooking delicious healthy food and we get fit in a variety of fun ways. The key is to eat and live in a way where the habits you create make it natural way to be healthy. We also discuss how to make cooking easy, healthy and affordable while saving time.
One thing we focus much of our time on is teaching kids how to cook. Statistics show thatif kids learn how to cook and learn how and why to be healthy, they have a much higherchance of being a healthy adult. As parents, the last thing we want to hear is that ourchildren are suffering. We teach you how to prepare them now so they have the healthtools that will become vitally important when they are out in the real world.
Our motto is...we ALL have health in common...since that is the case, we might as well share ideas and make being healthy as much fun as we can. There are many ways to entertain, go on vacation and spend quality family time while being healthy and having fun. We have lots of tips and tricks and value the opinions of all of our fans and listeners.

We have a radio show on www.fishbowlradionetwork.com that can be heard worldwide on Wednesdays 11:00am-1:00pm central time in the Grey Bowl.
