ABOUT IP Camera Emulator

Python script which emulates an IP camera. Currently acts as Axis 223M, supports only MJPEG format and some VAPIX parameters ('fps' and 'resolution'). Based on this project: http://sourceforge.net/projects/axisemulator/, some serious bugs fixed.
