ABOUT KSP Orbit
KSP Orbit is a handy tool for calculating orbit information for the game "Kerbal Space Program" (made by Squad). KSP Orbit is perfect for calculating useful orbital mechanics on the fly, while the game is in full screen mode. Need to calculate the necessary speed to maintain a circular orbit at a certain altitude? Just enter the altitude! Need the necessary apoapsis and periapsis speeds for an elliptical orbit? Just enter the desired apoapsis and periapsis! Need to shift from one orbit to another with the least amount of fuel? KSP Orbit can calculate Hohmann transfer orbits - simply specify the starting altitude and ending altitude and it will provide you with the start and end delta-v and transfer time. KSP Orbit is a super handy tool for fans of "Kerbal Space Program" - by a fellow fan.
Note: KSP Orbit is calibrated based on the planet size and mass for the game "Kerbal Space Program" - it will not calculate orbital mechanics for real planets!
