ABOUT LAN GSM

Simple VoIP application, at least intially for only LAN usage. Main codec used is free GSM codec (http://kbs.cs.tu-berlin.de/~jutta/toast.html). End target is to build a real SIP-phone. C++ (VC6) is used for programming, and main platform is Windows.
