ABOUT Metabolic Simulator

Metabolic Simulator (mtsim), it is a tool (made in C++) to simulate metabolic networks. It implements the Gillespie algorithms (First Reaction and Direct Method), a hybrid method and ODE solver. Mtsim can run at grid, cluster and stand-alone environments.
