mHPB is a mobile application that offers its users: - Opening Super smart HPB account - mobile banking (mBanking) or mobile token (mToken) In addition, it provides its users with information about branch offices and ATMs, offers the possibility of arranging meetings and has detailed exchange rates and currency calculator OPENING SUPER SMART HPB ACCOUNT Super smart HPB account consists of: - Current account - MasterCard debit cards - Mini MHPB (mobile banking with basic functionalities: checking balance and account information, payment orders and templates, blocking and unblocking cards, eInvoice, eStanding order, purchase of GSM and ENC vouchers)
The account is opened via video call, in which all the necessary data is exchanged between the client and the Bank, as well as to the customer at the counter in the office. After completing the interview, the client accepts the necessary documents and activates mini MHPB service.
MOBILE BANKING AND MOBILE TOKENIn order to use HPB mBanking or mToken through the mHPB application the user has to apply for these services in the nearest HPB branch or post office. HPB Mobile banking is safe and easy to use with highly secured software implemented.High-security software ensures peace of mind, ease of access and operation in mBanking and mToken applications. It is not possible to access to mBanking and mToken through mHPB without secret code (PIN) that is known only to user.New generation mobile phones have an option to replace PIN code with fingerprint recognition feature (Touch ID). Wrong PIN input three times in a row or five minutes of inactivity will make the application lock and demand a new login.
