ABOUT MY McD Feedback
MY McD Feedback is an application designed to allow McDonald’s Malaysia customers to rate our service based on their personal experience. Just by completing a short survey, customers can tell us if they’re lovin’ it. Survey results are evaluated and disseminated to the right people, so that the feedback can be addressed by our restaurants. MY McD Feedback uses a mix of survey questions including rating scale, multiple choice and comment boxes, where customers can elaborate on their experience. Upon completion of the survey, a reward is offered as a token of appreciation for the invaluable feedback. Customers may only take one survey per day.
