You have to be aged 11 or over and registered for Online Banking. Once you ve downloaded the app, registering is simple. All you need is your Online Banking customer number, PIN and password and you can use the app immediately. Not got a customer number? Sign up for Online Banking at natwestinternational.com/online. PLEASE NOTE To register for the app please use your Online Banking customer number, PIN and password. Your ibanking desktop details will not be accepted during the registration process.
