ABOUT NuGenImageWorks

NuGenImageWorks is an application designed to be intuitive and inviting for both the novice and serious image manipulation tool user. Built to provide most of the common and some advanced manipulative operational imaging features unfortunately found amongst many disparate applications currently available. Unless or course you don't mind paying many hundreds of dollars for an application that is indeed quite capable, yet which can be very complex for the standard user. NuGenImageWorks, doesn't even scratch the surface of such applications. However what it does provide for; is a small, portable application (Single file under 600K) with quite extensive image color and gradation manipulation capabilities, as well as some very intriguing effect generators. All presented in a visually rich interface, and for a much more reasonable price. We are confident you will agree with our description, so give it a try. Usability. When first launching NuGenImageWorks you have two ways to start working with your images. One is simply to load a single image using the Start -> Load Image... option. The other is a directory thumbnail viewer. You will find this in the upper right hand area of the application interface. When using this option, simply select a directory, NuGenImageWorks will scan the directory for images and build both a visual thumbnail list, as well as a thumbnail file for faster access upon returning to that directory in the future. Once the thumbnail view is loaded, select any image and NuGenImageWorks will present you image within a dual pain view. The left image represents the original image; the right is the modified image. So, you can visually compare the original with the any current modifications being made. In the mid-section of the dual pain view is a hidden splitter. When moving your mouse above it, and selecting, then sliding your mouse right or left, you will find that either image can be zoomed against the other. As well, by double clicking on any image,
