ABOUT phdcc.ContactForm

phdcc.ContactForm is a simple contact form module for DotNetNuke sites that works out of the box - and is very easy to customise. In particular, the phdcc Contact Form offers customisation to offer categories of contact, each with one or more recipient email addresses. All the form text can be customised and localised. The appearance can be configured by altering the module.css stylesheet. The contact form has an optional simple CAPTCHA check that the form is being filled in by a human. The form module is supplied as a standard DotNetNuke version 5 module private assembly zip file that can be installed in DNN5.
