ABOUT Pro Rata Call Meter
Pro Rata is a simple app which monitors your phone usage to help you spread your contract minutes over your monthly contract period, by indicating if you are using your minutes too quickly or too slowly.
It does this by checking the total minutes of your outgoing calls and comparing it with the pro rata (proportional) number of minutes you have available in your billing cycle, and showing a coloured PR indicator in the notification bar
Simply select menu and enter your contract minutes and your contract start day, and look for the notification symbol.
Green - you have more than a days worth of pro rata call credit, and you are probably under using contract minutes. In the menu, the number indicates the minutes you are under using from the current pro rata point in the month.
Yellow - you have less than a days worth of under used minutes but you are not over using yet. This is good. The number indicates the under used minutes you have for the current pro rata point in the month
Orange - you are using more than your pro rata credit, but you still have more than half your pro rata credit for the month left. The number is the number of minutes over your pro rata allowance.
Red - You only have less than half your pro rata credit for the month left - the number of minutes is the number of minutes left on your contract minutes.
Inverted Red - You have used up all your contract minutes. The number is the number of minutes you have over used.
Limitations:This measures phone calls only - No data measurement.All Outgoing calls are included including free numbers.
