ABOUT Picasa

Picasa allows the user to seamlessly transfer, find, organize, edit, print, and share images with everyone with its comprehensive application features. The program automatically arranges all the images into albums by date. The program works with most extensions such as JPEG, GIF, BMP, PSD, movie files and it is compatible with most of the digital cameras. Editing tools include image cropping (standard or custom), red-eye removal, picture enhancing (such as switching to black and white). The images can also be sent instantly to other users with the built in e-mail client. Photo collections can be backed up to CD’s.
