The initial 5 years are broken down into a monthly projection for more detailed analysis. Itr calculates your loan details, rental income, capital gain, expenses and depreciation, taxation (pre-tax and post-tax cash flows), various return figures such as Return on Equity, and lastly, post-sale returns.
