This app plays the voice of the user back to them at a slight delay. This delay makes it very hard to concentrate and will often make people stumble and stutter over their words! Please note that this does not work the same for all people! Studies have shown that the people who are most susceptible to this are people who are not good at multitasking. Please do not leave a bad review if you are not susceptible to it! *Note: Does not actually cancel out the sound of the person talking! it just makes it extremely difficult to speak!
