This is finally the stock ticker widget you've been looking for. After becoming frustrated by the lack of decent stock widgets on the Android, I decided to make one. The result is a CNBC style, two layer, multi speed scrolling stock ticker that not only looks cool, but provides you with up to date quotes for your entire portfolio in a small amount of space. Recommended use is to put individual stocks on the upper watchlist while major global indices and/or currencies on the lower watchlist.
In this free version, the upper watchlist contains high volume individual stocks quotes while the lower watchlist contains the following major global indices:
- S&P 500- Nasdaq- Russell 2000- London Stock Exchange FTSE 100- French CAC 40- German DAX 30- Japanese Nikkei 225- Chinese Shanghai Composite Index- Hong Kong Hang Seng Index- Korean Kospi Index- S&P Australian ASX 200
