ABOUT webDiplomacy Notifier

This is a Win32 taskbar application that monitors webDiplomacy / phpDiplomacy (compatible with last version 0.9) to notify the user when a status change occurs in the game, by changing the icon in the taskbar, depending on the type of notification.
